1. JICA Morocco – Healthcare Technology and Investment Promotion 

Client: IT6 S.A.R.L. (Prime Contractor for JICA Morocco)

Area: Healthcare / Medical technologies / Digital health / Investment promotion

Status: Contracted project (2026)

Content: Consulting services for a JICA-funded study on introducing Japanese healthcare technologies to Morocco. Activities include healthcare needs assessments, identification of Japanese companies, institutional coordination, workshop organization, and development of pilot project proposals and strategic recommendations.

2. JICA – Comprehensive Sediment Management Project

Client: Yachiyo Engineering Co., Ltd., Japan (JICA Project Contractor)

Area: Water resources / Sediment management / Environmental engineering / Project coordination

Status: Contracted project (2026)

Content: Consulting and local coordination services supporting a JICA project on comprehensive sediment management for river basins and dam reservoirs in Morocco, implemented by Yachiyo Engineering. Activities include coordination with Moroccan institutions, administrative support, data collection assistance, and facilitation of project activities.
